In addition, the customer service is exceptional with constant communication as to where your package is. The 3 bags all very nice.! In one gucci bag that comes with ribbon and decorated to carry it in shoulder bag. The metal elements look of quality, the decorative . Valance is very well embroidered. It has NO inner pocket, it is 2 compartments to carry the basics. The bag is rigid, the closure is safe and the decorative loop is a cute one. If I say i love it I am only exaggerating i crazily love it.... amazing quality bag with good communication from the seller and fast shipping..... you just gain yourself a potential customer.

No business is perfect, but how they take care of their customers matters. I was very hesitant in placing an order with a company I've never dealt with before. But I decided to take a chance and the first order went great. I received my products within 2 weeks. Unfortunately my second order didn't go so well. I received 2 defective/not up to par items, and Dolabuy took care of me. The replacement process was easy and they just wanted the customers to be happy. Tracy in Customer Service is awesome, and Lucy from the sales team are my favorite people. I've just placed my 4th order with Lucy and will place another special order in the next few days. Lucy usually works in the morning (north american time). Give Dolabuy a try and you won't be disappointed with the quality nor their customer service.

I spotted a rare little bag I’d been hunting for some time, on their Website and re-routed to the website to purchase. Through my mistake, I inserted an incorrect shipping address. Panic ensued. It was no problem to Tracy - a swift DM in the early hours of the morning and it was fixed instantly and I was reassured. Less than 2 days later, the bag arrives beautifully packaged to my home in N Ireland all the way from USA. This is better service than I receive at the Chanel boutique!! At first i was not expecting to be this satisfied for the price i paid, but it is definitely worth the wait! Definitely not the last time i will order here. Absolutely love!!! Great quality and could pass for dupe 100%. The differences i noticed are the double strap, original has single, the hardware on one side has a clasp and not the full buckle, the hardware is a silver gold vs the gold or silver on original . I can not wait to use this. It will be a favorite.Definitely looks Lux and can carry a lot of items! Dolabuy buy if you are in the market!
