I’ll start my review with two statements; 1: I am hard to please! 2: I rarely write reviews… Shopping with Dolabuy was a genuinely wonderful experience. I spotted a rare little bag I’d been hunting for some time, on their Website and re-routed to the website to purchase. Through my mistake, I inserted an incorrect shipping address. Panic ensued. It was no problem to Tracy - a swift DM in the early hours of the morning and it was fixed instantly and I was reassured. Less than 2 days later, the bag arrives beautifully packaged to my home in N Ireland all the way from USA. This is better service than I receive at the Chanel boutique!! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and I’ll certainly be a repeat buyer. Thank you so much Dolabuy Team, credit where it’s due

I bought a Chanel Classic Flap Bag in black caviar leather with silver hardware from DD. The bag arrived in about two weeks with full packaging. The bag is stunning. The leather is soft and pebbled, the quilting is puffy and aligned, the hardware is shiny and engraved, and the logo is crisp and clear. The bag has all the correct markings and serial numbers. I compared it with my friend’s authentic bag and we couldn’t find any difference.

I love this lv M80446 bag it’s just like in the picture. BUT the only problem I have with the seller is that I’m missing the small purse part that hangs inside the actual purse itself. I got the piece that clamps and hold the small purse but no small purse itself. I could have sworn it said a two piece purse when I ordered the purse so I will contact the seller to see exactly. Other than that I love the bag thank you so much.

I love it!!.Customer service is amazing I had no issues with Communication they literally will respond right away or within 24 hours. Excellent seller. 1:1 product. It’s not that bright red that most people are afraid of when buying inauthentic handbags. The leather trim on this bag is very clean. As for the stitching, it was done correctly and there were no obvious imperfections. The hardware is the perfect shade of gold and had the right logos. I also love the beige lining! I did regular shipping and my package arrived relatively quickly. The seller made sure to neatly package the product to avoid damage and it's much appreciated. I recommend this website for sure I'll be purchasing from them again. :)

They quickly answered all the questions I had and it’s really nice to see they are very professional in their customer service. I received my totes 2 days ago and once I opened my package, my first impression was like OMG! It’s so stunning. The Onthego totes quality is too good.
